The human body was not created to be sedentary. Find what inspires you to move and do it, religiously. As a kickboxing coach I find that regimented activities and a well structured lifestyle create the best platform for recovery. Regular high-intensity exercise, meditation and breathing practices, a healthy pro-biotic diet and awareness of ingested toxins should be the stating point for the anti-Parkinsons’s lifestyle. -Evan Brau
